1700/1
- 1st mo, 10th, 1700-1, "Thomas Dutton and Leusy Barnott Laid their
intention of marriage before this meeting, this being the first time; This
meeting Appynts John Bales and John Baldwin to inquire into his clearness, &
Also into his Life and conversation, and make Report of the same to ye next
monthly meeting."
- 2nd mo, 14th, 1701, "Thomas Dutton and Leusy Bernott Laid their
intention of marriage before this meeting, it being ye second time: friends
finding things clear Left them to proseed in marrriag According to ye good
order of Truth. John Kingsman is ordered to Attend ye marriag to se yt
things are decently managed, and make Report thereof to the next monthly
meeting."

- 5 mo. 29th, 1702., "Thomas Boiter and ffrances Barnet Appeared att this
meeting and declared their Intentions of marriage with Each other, this
being the first time: frances having severall children, being a widow, this
meeting ordereth with the advice of the preparative meeting, to settle
things in good order betwixt her and her children before the next monthly
meeting."

- 1 mo. 13th, 1709-10, "Friends from Nottingham meeting Request to this
meeting for John Bales [Beal] and Robert Dutton to be overseers in the room
of William Brown and John Churchman: this meeting doth allow of it till
further orders."
- 1714
- 8 mo. 11th, 1714, "John Palmer & Martha Yearsly appeared here &
continued their intentions of marriage, it being the second time, & he
producing a Certificate from his Paretns of their consent they requesting
this Meeting's allowance or concurrence herein. Therefore this meeting
leaves them to proceed according to the good order of Truth. Edward Bennet &
William Brainton are appointed to attend the marriage and make report to the
next meeting."

- 1st mo. 7, 1735, "Marjery Gore being a member for sometime of this
meeting, but of late hath Entertained a man in her house and saith she is
married to him by a Priest but Refuseth to tell ye time, and friends being
with her but not Receiving Satisfaction Edith Newlin & Grace Eavenson are
appointed with a man friend to give her another visit and if they find
occasion, to draw a Testimony against her and Produce it to ye next
meeting."
- "At our Monthly Meeting of Women Friends held at Concord Meeting House
ye 1st of ye 10th mo. 1735, Marjery Gore or Carlin sent a paper which was
noway satisfaction wherefore Mary West & Grace Eavenson are appointed with a
man friend to draw up a Testimony against her and maeke report ot ye next
meeting."

- 12 mo. 7, 1736-7, "This meeting being informed that John Dutton, son of
Edward Dutton, Deceased, was married by a Priest, and also hath joyned
himself to the Prisbitarian Society: this meeting appoints Thomas Marshall
and Joseph Cloud to treate with him in order to know the certainty of it,
and report to our next meeting"
- 1 mo. 7, 1736-7, The friends appointed reports that John Dutton "says
that he thought it to be Deuty to Joyne himself to another society; therefor
this meeting do esteem ye said John Dutton to be no member of our Religious
Society."

- "At our Monthly Meeting of Women Friends held in Concord meeting house
ye 4th of ye 11th mo 1741, Marjery Carrell Produced a paper of
acknowledgment for her outgoing which this meeting accepts."
- "At our Monthly Meeting of Women Friends held in Concord meeting house
ye 1st of ye 12 mo. 1741-2 Marjery Carrel Desires a few lines by way of
certificate in order to be joyned to a monthly meetig in the Jerseys, Mary
Newlin and Rachel Pyle are appointed to enquire into her conversation & make
report to the man friend appointed to draw the said certificate."
- 1752
- "At a monthly meeting 9 of 10 mo. 1752 Moses Palmer and Abigail
Sharpless appeared and proposed their intentions of marriage. Caleb Peirce
and William Peters are to inquire as to his clearness relating to marriage
and L. Hewes to see that the widow's affairs are settled to satisfaction."
- At a monthly meeting 4 of 12 mo. 1752, "The friends appointed to attend
the marriage of Moses Palmer and Abigail Sharpless report that for reason
satisfactory to this meeting they could not attend but have made enquiry and
find it was orderly accomplished in Concord meeting house and moderate at
the house of entertainment."
